1. Introduction

Welcome to P&P Painting and Plastering. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and any related applications (collectively, the "Services") operated by P&P Painting and Plastering ("we," "us," or "our").

P&P Painting and Plastering provides professional painting and plastering services for residential and commercial properties in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Our services include interior painting, exterior painting, plastering, drywall installation and repair, decorative finishes, and related services.

3. Booking and Appointments

When booking our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with reasonable notice. Cancellations by clients must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid potential cancellation fees.

4. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided and visual inspections. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen circumstances arise during the project. Any significant changes to pricing will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding with additional work.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion of the project. We accept various payment methods as specified in your agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide a limited warranty on our workmanship as specified in your service agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or alterations made by others. Material warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturers.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area, removing valuable or fragile items, and ensuring the area is ready for service as specified in pre-job instructions. Clients must inform us of any special conditions or requirements before work begins.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of P&P Painting and Plastering and is protected by copyright laws. We may use before and after photos of our work for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, P&P Painting and Plastering shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless P&P Painting and Plastering, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
